There is something about this place that makes me whole. When I come down to the kitchen tomorrow morning, the house will be chill and silent. I’ll stir the coals, feed the stove with kindling — a little at a time — and wait for the welcome and comforting warmth before sitting down with a cup of coffee and a side of #gratitude → My pack.
